THE NEW CHARTER IS IN "THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MEDICARE AND THE CHARTER" IT IS A MUST READ.

THE PEOPLE WHO DO IT HAVE JUST BEEN REELECTED
Unfortunately for Canada the Liberals have been elected again with a majority in Ottawa. But very few Liberals got elected in the West. It means that vast areas in the West will not be represented in the decisions made in Ottawa. But that is only part of the problem.

Under the banner of human rights the Liberal/Socialists of Canada want to change this country and tax and spend their way to socialist/communist heaven. Their audacity and ability to appeal to the masses is impressive. They have programs suitable and adaptable for every group, organization, culture, creed, language, inclination, or activity. They cater to homosexuals, feminists, deviates, prisoners, ex-prisoners, pornographers, pedophiles, abortionists, Indians, religious folk, non-religious folk, immigrants, illegal immigrants, refugees and just about every identifiable group in society. They are a graphic illustration of how society can be led by a political group with enough tentacles, power, flexibility and propaganda to appeal not to the masses but to the groups within society.

Their ability to increase the national debt ( Six hundred billion and counting) can only be matched by their ability to decrease the value of the Canadian dollar – 64 cents. Their friends at the CBC and the Star push the constant propaganda – the Liberal Party line. This constant propaganda distracts Canadians from economic issues such as HRDC handouts, the relative value of the Canadian dollar, the national debt, by regularly drawing Canadian attention to international socialist issues such as refugees, war-torn children in far-away places, torture, Amnesty International and the UN issues.

Their propaganda is blatant politically correct international socialism. Their friends at CIDA send millions each day to almost every country in the Third World. http://w3.acdi-cida.gc.ca/whatsnew.htm No one seems to control the giveaway madness at CIDA or HRDC. No one protests or even bothers to ask why. Parliament only opened 90 days last year. There is something seriously wrong in Canada. And the people who do it have just been reelected.

THE AUDITOR GENERAL'S REPORT

The Auditor General used phrases such as, "disturbing, unacceptable weaknesses, and breaches of authority," "improper payments, limited monitoring and approvals that had not followed established procedures."
If the Auditor General used these phrases to describe the Liberal conduct at HRDC, is it possible that this complete lack of financial responsibility to Canadian taxpayers and the deliberate manipulation of money could involve a complete lack of ethics or criminal intent?

Do any of the 23 ongoing police investigations involve Jane Stewart or Pierre Pettigrew?

But this is only part of the story.

Whereas HRDC gave billions of taxpayers money to fellow Liberals in the guise of jobs, jobs, jobs, CIDA gave billions of taxpayers money to foreign dictators, despots and foreign organizations with almost the same abandon.

And believe it or not but this too is only part of the story.

The Annual Report of the Information Commissioner revealed deliberate acts in the PMOs office to avoid compliance with the Access to Information Act.
1. Is this is a case of civil servants trying to avoid compliance with a Canadian law.
2. Were the Liberals and their bureaucrats who were caught giving billions to friends and left-wing causes trying to cover their tracks?
3. Has anyone ever been charged with an offence under the Access to Information Act?
4. Should the RCMP investigate this?
5. Is this the same RCMP that built a road to the prime minister cottage?
6. How much of this conduct will tolerant Canadians accept?
7. Will the Canadian Parliament ever stay open long enough so that some of these questions can be asked?
8. When will Canadians be allowed to see the empty seats in Parliament?

Auditor General's Report

HRDC AND PARLIAMENT

The Canadian Parliament only sat for 90 days in the year 2000. According to Sec 5 of the Constitution Parliament needs to only sit once a year.
http://www.solon.org/Constitutions/Canada/English/ca_1982.html
Chretien himself, who was Justice Minister for Trudeau back in 1982, wrote the Charter. It means that he could get the whole ugly parliamentary business finished in half an hour every year. The prime minister and Jane Stewart would not have to submit to constant questions about lost billion dollars or the 22 police investigations into HRDC in Shawinigan. I realize that not all 22 police investigations involve Shawinigan - the prime minister's hometown - but how would we know? Parliament is rarely opened. No one in government talks and the media directs our attention to other insignificant trivia. Has anyone heard about these 22 police investigations? Has it or will it all disappear because we had an election and the Liberals got reelected with an even larger majority. Do crown prosecutors need ethics? Do prime ministers need ethics? Do appointed ethics bureaucrats need ethics?
The Canadian Parliament under the Liberals likes to open late and close early and skip out on a Fridays. How would you know? No one keeps attendance in parliament and the TV camera is only allowed to point at the person talking and the few positioned behind him. Therefore Canadians are not allowed to know who is present even on the few days a year that parliament is open.
Keep reading, I have lots more.
